Amy Szoke was born and raised in New City, New York.  She holds a BS in Education from the State University of New York at Oswego.  Amy moved to Florida in 1996.  She has been part of the Jewish professional community since 2002, first as a science teacher at The Arthur I. Meyer Jewish Academy, then as the Assistant Director at the Jewish Community Center’s Preschool, and now she has been at Palm Beach Synagogue since 2010.  She is married to Steve and together they have two daughters, Traci, 15, and Ashley, 13.

Morah Sarah Malka Dworcan recently moved to Palm Beach together with her husband Yossi and son Eli. Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa to a Chabad family who are active in communal life and education, she has been involved in Jewish education from a young age.  After high school she moved to Florida where she attended Chaya Aydel Hebrew Teachers' Seminary and completed her undergraduate degree at Touro College. Throughout her 7 years in Florida while pursuing a  medical career, she has worked as a teen program director in The Shul of Bal Harbour, taught in and headed both Hebrew Schools and camps in Bal Harbour, Parkland and Sunny Isles. She loves children, creativity, learning and sharing knowledge.

Rabbi Yosef Rice was born and raised in Marin County, California.  He attends the Chabad Yeshivot in Los Angles and New York and then went on to complete a rabbinic internship in Melbourne, Australia.  While preparing for his rabbinic ordination in Bal Harbour, FL he served the community as an apprentice Rabbi, specifically in community work, outreach and youth/teen programming.  He is very excited to move to and serve the Palm Beach community as Youth and Teen Rabbi.
